Refund policy
In the unfortunate event your item(s) arrive damaged in transit, please contact me right away. Please understand that refunds will not be issued for lost or stolen items. Each item in my store is one of a kind, and therefore cannot be resized or returned due to sizing issues; if you are unsure of your size, contact me about how to determine your measurements correctly.
Warranty Policy
In the unlikely event you experience an issue due to a defect in workmanship (handmade jewelry is tricky and I am only human) within the first 6 months of your purchase, please contact me right away. However, gemstones and silver can be damaged by exposure to water, household cleaners, and excessive force, and these will not be covered. Many stones have natural inclusions (crystaline structures or fractures) and must be treated gently. Labradorite, moonstone, and opals should not be left in the sun for extended periods of time (like on a windowsill) as their “flash” may fade. Like all artisan jewelry, please handle with care.
